Jeremiah 18:21-23

²¹ Therefore, ^(A)give their children over to famine
And deliver them up to the ^[a]power of the sword;
And let their wives become ^(B)childless and ^(C)widowed.
Let their men also be ^[b]smitten to death,
Their ^(D)young men struck down by the sword in battle.
²² May an ^(E)outcry be heard from their houses,
When You suddenly bring raiders upon them;
^(F)For they have dug a pit to capture me
And ^(G)hidden snares for my feet.
²³ Yet You, O Yahweh, know
All their ^[c]deadly counsel against me;
^(H)Do not atone for their iniquity
Or blot out their sin from before You.
But may they be ^[d](I)overthrown before You;
Deal with them in the ^(J)time of Your anger!
